I have lived in Oklahoma City most of my life' After graduating from Moore High School, I attended Oklahoma Christian University where I majored in Elementary Education with a minor in music. I taught Music and then First Grade in Moore Public Schools for six years until my first child was born. The next 23 years were spent raising my four children. Being a mom was top priority for me but now my children are grown and now being a full time Realtor is top priority. Being a Realtor is wonderful because I love helping people buy and sell their homes. I work in the Oklahoma City and the outlying Metro Area. I love working with Keller Williams because of all the training and support they provide. The agents work well as a team helping each other. I am a member of Southwest Church of Christ and until recently, worked on the Meals on Wheels Program. I have four PUGS from Homeward Bound Pug Rescue.

Use technology and the Internet. No matter what some of the "older and more experienced" may tell you, you need the Internet to market in the real estate world today.
Activity in the first month of a listing is always the best, don't risk wasting it. Price too high, and scare off many buyers. Price too low, and you're leaving money on the table.
Studies show that home sellers who use a real estate agent to represent them generally get a better price than those who sell the home themselves.
